Contributing to achieving the SDGs AIOI's Initiatives
In order to contribute to the SDGs, AIOI is actively working to solve social issues in collaboration with various stakeholders, aiming for a sustainable society.
The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are 17 goals that were adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015 and should be achieved by 2030 for the future of people and the planet.
Initiative 1 Creating an environment where employees can continue to work with peace of mind
We hire motivated employees in each department, regardless of nationality or gender. We hold harassment seminars, and we support employees raising children by providing maternity and childcare leave, as well as paid leave that can be taken in hourly units. Furthermore, we aim to diversify work by sharing information and have also introduced a telework system.
As an infection prevention measure, we have provided hand sanitizer in the office, thoroughly controlled the air conditioning, and are working to improve the hygienic environment.
Initiative 2 Pioneering future technological innovation
Achieving automation and activity savings
Many of our systems are automation and labor-saving solutions that streamline activity in warehouses and factories and improve the activity environment. The introduction of the system makes it possible to digitize operations, specifically improving the efficiency of inventory control, Quality Control, production planning, and other tasks, and reducing the burden on activity, which leads to an improvement in the activity environment.
Preventing mistakes and improving the activity environment
Many of our systems can minimize human error and activity processes in warehouses and factories. By introducing and utilizing the system, you can expect to digitize your work and improve the efficiency of your operations, and by introducing robots and automated devices according to the activity process, you can further ensure the safety of activity and improve the activity environment.
Contributing to Product development and technological innovation
We develop world-first and industry-first Product such as Smart Card , and continue to create new products to contribute to technological innovation in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
A new place for communication
Since 2020, we have established our own system for the "LIVE Showroom," which introduces our showroom online, and it is being used as a new communication forum for customers around the world.
Strengthening collaboration to accelerate sustainable goals
Through our LIVE showrooms and partner companies around the world, we aim to strengthen collaboration across industries and accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Initiative 3 Environmentally friendly Product development
We support environmental consideration by developing Product that are environmentally friendly, such as long-life and energy-saving, and by improving recyclability. We also select materials that do not emit harmful gases when incinerated, making them easy to separate.
With battery-free Smart Card that can be rewritten over 1 million times, Pick to Light System that digitize activity instructions and activity performance information, and Projection Picking System（PPS）, we are contributing to the realization of paperless and digitalized logistics and manufacturing sites.
We have obtained ISO14001 environmental management certification and are working on environmental issues.

Basic Policy on Human Rights

CSR Social Contribution Activities
Tokyo Metropolitan Aotori Special Needs School Training support
Our employees are teaching the "Logistics Course" as instructors at the Vocational Development Department of Tokyo Metropolitan Aotori Special Needs School, which has introduced a Pick to Light System.
By learning the flow of logistics operations and using an actual activity support system, students gain work experience in society and receive support that will be useful for their future job hunting.
S-CORE Hearts Co., Ltd. Support for building a corporate welfare model for people with disabilities
S-CORE Hearts Co., Ltd., a special subsidiary of Noritz Corporation that aims to build a corporate welfare model for people with picking , picks up instruction manuals/installation manuals for water heaters and other appliances based on Purchase Order (data) and Shipping to their destinations.

AIOI supports "Share," a private organization (NGO) engaged in international cooperation activities.
What is Share?
SHARE is an international health NGO (private organization) founded in 1983 by a group of doctors, nurses, students and others who took action from a grassroots perspective to share a healthy and peaceful world with all people.
We aim to create a society where everyone can live healthy lives both physically and mentally, and are carrying out health and medical support activities to "nurture people who protect lives" in Cambodia, Timor-Leste, and Japan.
