Our system has been introduced to the Shinkawa Logistics Center of Hokuyaku Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hokuyaku Takeyama Holdings, the largest medical wholesaler in Hokkaido.
The service is now fully operational.

The Shinkawa Logistics Center is a hub that receives pharmaceuticals procured from manufacturers both within and outside Hokkaido, sorting by item and Quantity for each of the 20 branches across the prefecture, and transfers them onto separate trucks for distribution.
By introducing a sorting solution that combines a self-propelled robot with our Weight Assortment System (WAS)*, the company was able to reduce activity hours by 35% by partially automating the classification of pharmaceuticals.
By utilizing cutting-edge technology, we have been able to shorten waiting times and improve logistics functions.

*The Weight Assortment System (WAS) is a Pick to Light System that combines a light module and a weighing scale, enabling simultaneous weighing and inspection during picking activity .
