AIOI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") declares that in order to live up to the trust placed in us by our customers around the world who provide our logistics systems, and to contribute to societal demands and the continuous and stable operation of our company, we will build an information security management system (ISMS) and protect information assets from threats. This "Basic Information Security Policy" serves as a guideline for implementing appropriate protection measures for the information assets that our company handles.
We will comply with legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security, contractual security obligations, and internal company regulations regarding information security.
All employees of the Company understand the importance of protecting information assets related to our customers and our own information assets, and strive to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
We have organized an ISO committee to formulate and implement risk response plans and ensure that the PDCA cycle is implemented to improve information security, in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification, destruction, leakage, and disruption of use of information assets.
We will monitor the operation of the management system by conducting regular audits and necessary reviews. We will also continually improve the ISMS and provide educational activities for all employees.
In the unlikely event that an information security issue occurs, we will deal with it appropriately and strictly to prevent the damage from spreading, and will endeavor to quickly identify the cause and prevent recurrence.
